My 1v1 duel does not find anyone.

Duels use Game Center's real-time matchmaking, which needs another person in the queue at that moment. If nobody is searching, the sheet finds nothing and Cancel returns you to the menu. Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings.

I bought stars and they have not arrived.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Force-quit and reopen the game first — the receipt is usually applied on the next launch. If it is still missing, email us with the date of the purchase and we will help.

The rewarded advert does not play.

Sometimes there is simply no advert available in your region at that moment. The game tells you when that happens, and the star option next to it still works.

How do I change my advert consent choice?

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, open the game's Settings and tap Privacy Options. Elsewhere the tracking permission lives in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Will I lose my progress?

Progress is stored on the device, so deleting the app deletes it. There is no account to sign in to, which also means there is nothing of yours on our side.

Can I play offline?

Classic and Adventure work with no connection at all. Duels, the leaderboard and the daily tournament need one.
